How We Actually Started
Back in 2019, I was coordinating a friend's
wedding at a vineyard outside Baku. The
florist delivered everything four hours
early. By the time guests arrived, half the
blooms had wilted in the afternoon heat.
That's when I realized the entire industry
was built around shop schedules instead of
event needs. So I bought a van, converted it
into a mobile workspace, and started doing
arrangements on location.
Word spread fast. Within six months, we had
corporate clients asking us to handle
multi-venue installations. By 2024, we'd done
over 300 events across Azerbaijan.
What We Learned Along The Way
Timing matters more than most people think.
We've installed centerpieces during cocktail
hour and ceremony arches 90 minutes before
vows. You learn to work quietly and quickly.
Clients care about flexibility. A corporate
event might need arrangements in the lobby,
boardroom, and reception area. Traditional
florists charge separately for each location.
We just plan the route and handle everything
in one visit.
Weather changes plans constantly here. Having
everything in the van means we can pivot if
outdoor setups need to move inside. No
panicked phone calls or last-minute
substitutions.
