Most companies reach out when they're planning conferences, annual meetings, or client receptions. We bring centerpieces, entrance displays, and stage florals directly to your venue. Usually takes about 90 minutes to set everything up—though we had one event in February that needed 200 individual desk arrangements, which was quite the morning.
Wedding & Reception Florals
Wedding setups are where timing really matters. We coordinate with venues to arrive during setup windows, typically 4-5 hours before guests show up. Our approach involves creating cohesive looks that match what couples actually envision—not just what's trendy. Private Celebrations

How the Process Usually Works
Every event has different requirements, but this gives you an idea of our typical approach from initial contact to final setup.

You reach out via phone or email with your event date and general idea. We ask about venue location, guest count, and any specific color preferences or themes. This usually takes 10-15 minutes and helps us understand if we're a good match for what you need.
Proposal & Design Concepts
Within two business days, we send over a proposal with design suggestions and pricing breakdown. If you want to adjust anything—swap flowers, change quantities, modify arrangements—we revise until it matches your vision. Sometimes this takes one round, sometimes three. We work at your pace.
Logistics Coordination
Once you approve the design, we coordinate delivery timing with your venue or event planner. We need to know load-in windows, parking access, and any venue restrictions. For larger events, we schedule a site visit to understand the space layout and identify setup challenges beforehand.
Setup & Final Touches
On event day, our team arrives during the agreed window with all arrangements. We handle placement, make any last-minute adjustments, and clean up packaging materials before leaving. Most setups complete in 60-90 minutes, though complex installations can take longer.
